You are buying from a country you may not have bought from before. The risk you are managing is not price. It is whether the goods that arrive match the sample you approved.
We are a buying agent in Karachi. We find the mill or the processor, check that it exists and can actually make your specification, pull a sealed sample with the lot reference on it, and inspect the cargo before the container is closed. You approve the sample before any money moves against goods.
Your invoice comes from Wepronex, our Indonesian entity, so you are contracting with a company inside Indonesia. How the two entities work.
