Price logic
We do not publish prices. Here is what moves the number, and when.
- Crop year and arrival season set the base. Cumin and coriander arrive from March; chilli from November.
- Quality markers move price more than volume does. Two percentage points of curcumin is worth more than a container of scale.
- Steam sterilisation adds cost and lead time. Decide before the order, not after the lab result.
- Aflatoxin failure at Indonesian quarantine is the expensive outcome on this line. Pre-shipment testing costs less than a detained container.
