This site is information and an enquiry form. It is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract until we have both signed one.
Written to describe accurately how the business works, but not reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked before you rely on it, particularly the governing law and dispute resolution section, which we have deliberately left for you to decide.
What this site is
A description of what we can source on the Pakistan–Indonesia corridor, and a form for asking us to quote. Prices are never published here. Specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times shown as indicative are typical for containerised shipment and are confirmed against a named supplier at quotation.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A trade begins when we send you a written quotation and you accept it.
Who you contract with
The company that invoices you is the one on your side of the corridor.

What we are, and what we are not
We act as an indent house and buying agent. We do not hold stock, we do not take title to goods, and we do not mark up the supplier's price. We are paid a commission on shipped value, agreed in writing before you place an order.
We are not a freight forwarder, not a customs broker, and not a bank. We work alongside the firms that are.
What a quote covers
A written quotation from us names the supplier, the specification, the quantity, the incoterm, the port and the validity period. Outside that validity period the number is not binding on anyone, because the underlying commodity, the freight rate and the duty position all move.
Tariff positions and regulatory requirements are stated as at the date we checked them, and that date is written on the page. Regulations on this corridor change; we re-check monthly and publish when we last did.
What we do not warrant
- That any supplier will perform. Verification reduces risk; it is not a guarantee. This is stated on the supplier verification page as well.
- That goods will clear customs in any particular country. We assemble and cross-check the document set; the importing authority decides.
- That a tariff preference will apply to your line. Preference under the IP-PTA is granted line by line and depends on a valid certificate of origin.
- That transit times will be met. We do not publish a transit figure precisely because we cannot yet stand behind one.
Restricted and prohibited goods
We will not accept an order we cannot lawfully deliver. Two current examples: medical devices into Indonesia require AKL registration we have not obtained, and Indonesia has closed rice, sugar, corn and consumption salt imports for 2026. Where a line is closed or blocked we say so on the page rather than take the enquiry.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to anything here. Please attribute it. Do not submit the quote form with false contact details or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages — submissions that trip our spam handling are discarded without notice.
The corridor status figures and the corridor notes are our own work, carrying sources and dates. Reuse them with attribution; do not restate them without the date, because a date-less regulatory claim misleads.

Governing law and disputes
[CONFIRM — to be decided with your lawyer.] Because two companies in two jurisdictions invoice separately, the sensible arrangement is usually that each contract is governed by the law of the invoicing company's country, with a named arbitration forum for cross-border disputes. We have left this blank rather than assert something you have not agreed.
