How an indent works

  1. Enquiry

You tell us the product, the grade or specification, the quantity, the destination port and the month you need it. Seven fields. If you do not know the grade yet, say so and we will narrow it with you.

  2. Verified supplier and sample

We identify suppliers who can actually make your specification, check their registration and export history, visit where it matters, and send you a sealed sample with the lot reference on it. You approve the sample before anything else happens.

  3. Inspection and documents

We inspect before the container is closed and photograph what we inspect. We assemble the document set your side needs — certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, halal, analysis — and check it against your bank's requirements before the goods sail.

  4. Shipment

Cargo loads, documents follow the agreed route, and we track to discharge. If something goes wrong at the destination port, we are the people who deal with it.

Commission

We are paid a commission on shipped value, agreed in writing before you place an order. We do not hold stock, we do not mark up the supplier's price, and the invoice comes from whichever of our two entities sits on your side of the corridor.

Latest from the corridor

Halal certification and the SHLN route

Mandatory halal certification for imported food, beverages and slaughter products takes effect on 17 October 2026, with full enforcement from 18 October. If you sell food into Indonesia and you have not started, start now.

  • 1 September 2026

    Market notes

Two things are true at once on this corridor right now. Indonesian cotton yarn demand is structurally short, and four food commodities are closed outright.

  • 20 August 2026

    Tariffs and the IP-PTA

We do not publish tariff rates. A rate without your 8-digit line number and the date it was checked is not usable, and a stale rate is worse than none.
