How an indent works
Four steps. You approve the sample before you commit, and you see the inspection before the container sails.

Enquiry
You tell us the product, the grade or specification, the quantity, the destination port and the month you need it. Seven fields. If you do not know the grade yet, say so and we will narrow it with you rather than guess.

Verified supplier and sample
We identify suppliers who can actually make your specification, check their registration and export history, visit where it matters, and send you a sealed sample carrying the lot reference. You approve the sample before any money moves against goods.

Inspection and documents
We inspect before the container is closed and photograph what we inspect. We assemble the document set — certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, halal, certificate of analysis — and check it against your bank and your customs broker before the goods sail.

Shipment
Cargo loads, documents follow the agreed route, and we track to discharge at Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak or Belawan. If something goes wrong at the destination port, we are the people who deal with it.
We are paid a commission on shipped value, agreed in writing before you place an order. We do not hold stock and we do not mark up the supplier's price — you see what the mill charges. The invoice comes from Wepronex, our Indonesian entity, so you contract inside Indonesia.
What we do not do
We do not sell from stock, we do not run a marketplace, and we do not quote a price before we have a supplier and a specification. If you want a number today without a specification, we are not useful to you.
