Price logic
We do not publish prices. Here is what moves the number, and when.
- The season is the price. Kinnow in December and kinnow in March are different markets under the same HS code.
- Reefer slot availability out of Karachi tightens sharply in peak season. The slot, not the fruit, is often the binding constraint.
- Count per carton moves the number more than total tonnage does.
- Quarantine protocol changes are the live risk. Confirm the Indonesian import permit is current before any fruit is picked.
