We are not a freight forwarder. We are the people who make sure the paperwork matches the cargo before either one moves.
Part of the indent rather than a standalone product, because it only works when we have been involved from the specification onwards.
What we do
- Booking. Working with forwarders on both ends, and in reefer season booking the slot before the goods exist.
- Document set assembly. The full set for your product and destination. What that set contains.
- Cross-checking. Certificate of origin against invoice, invoice against packing list, packing list against what we counted at inspection, seal number against the bill of lading.
- Letter of credit review. Send us the draft before it is issued. Amending an LC costs money; getting the wording right first does not.
- Tracking to discharge, and re-checking the destination duty position before arrival.
What we are not
We do not own trucks, warehouses or vessels, and we do not act as your customs broker. We work with the people who do, and we are accountable to you for the result.
